Upload Files

If you would like to send your job to us through the internet, they can be sent as an e-mail attachment or via our FTP server. We recommend that all jobs be compressed before sending through either method to ensure job integrity and small file transfer size. If you are using a Mac with OS X operating system, you may be able to right mouse click on the files and choose compress or you can use StuffIt. If you are using Windows, you can use WinZip.

Please send e-mail jobs to: jim@tomwhitetheprinter.com. Please include all contact information, job instructions, billing references for each job, what type of compression used, and whether the job was designed on a Mac or PC.

Some files may be to large to send through e-mail. You can still send your job to us through our FTP server. To upload files to our FTP server, navigate to ftp.prepressfl.com. If you are uploading from a Mac, you will need FTP software such as Fetch or Cyberduck. Once on our FTP site, you will then need to enter a username and password. If you do not know the username and password, please contact your sales agent or call Prepress at 850-433-9858 ext. 31. After you are logged in, you will be able to copy files over to our FTP server.
